'gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah' the ravens crowed 'gaaaaaaaah 8 o'clock gaaaah gaaaaaaah'.
'hush' said the sleepy rei. the crow then became silent and the once asleep has woken. slowly rising from her warm haven-like bed. carefully tying up her hair, she walked towards the changing quarters to get ready for the ball. the thought had been less than thrilling but her pixie friend seemed to be so excited, that while changing she couldn't help but smile at the thought of seeing her pixie friend after having not seeing each other since last month.
finally changed, she walked towards the study where she was to help arrange the book order. after two hours, she left to meet her pixie friend who goes by the name of Elizabeth at the gates. the gates were as pale as the moon but shone like the sun. they were guarded by two giants, fred and roy, both larger than normal giants but gentle by nature. standing past the gates of the angelic looking, with the wings sticking from the sides and bells chiming every hour, castle rei call home was her very excited looking friend. Elizabeth was a small girl with a slender figure, attractive and very intelligent. as we walked back to rei's "home" she kept talking about how fun it would be at the ball and how she could show rei the "proper way to dance".
once inside, she took rei to the changing quarters of the castle and made rei hurry for the ball. as Rei asked her why they had to be early, she looked at rei as if rei was an idiot but replied that she liked being early. so they changed into they dresses and left.
upon reaching the grand church of the forest, they quickly met up with others who seemed to be just as excited as the pixie. once a group was established, they moved onto the dance floor and started dancing until a bell chimed on the first hour of the afternoon, people had started to get louder and louder til she could not hear her own voice. that was until the priests had kicked everyone out for the noise. from there the ball had to be moved. rei then worried her parents would find out that she was being noisy to the priests as they were religious people.
however the day turned out to be better than she thought when she realized she had made friends and had fun.
